GDriveBox
Your Google Drive as a folder in Finder. Files appear instantly and download only when you open them, so they don't fill up your Mac.
What it does
- Adds a GDriveBox location to the Finder sidebar showing your Google Drive.
- Downloads a file when you open it; macOS can free that space again when your disk runs low.
- Uploads files you add or change in the folder, and shows changes made on the web.
- Signs in through Google's own sign-in page, so passkeys and every 2-Step Verification method work.
Requirements
A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 15 Sequoia or later.
Your data
GDriveBox talks directly between your Mac and Google. There is no GDriveBox server: your files, file names, and sign-in tokens never pass through the developer. Read the privacy policy for details.
Status
